14.\nAWARD CONTRACT: STORY PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – F2M22-37, N2M25-\n111, C2M25-74, M2M25-176\nOn August 25, 2025, the City Council approved the distribution of a Notice Inviting Bids\nfor the Story Park Improvement Project. On October 16, 2025, the City Clerk received six\nbids for the Project ranging from $776,930 (Ankor Associates, Inc.) to $1,441,040 (H2M\nConstruction, Inc.). The bid received from Ankor Associates, Inc. is the lowest responsive\nbid and upon staff review, it was found to be in full compliance and conformance with the\nproject specifications.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council award a contract, subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and City Attorney, to Ankor Associates, Inc. for the Story\nPark Improvement Project in an amount not to exceed $776,930.00; and, direct staff to\nundertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
