10.9\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a Contract Services\nAgreement with Administrative Services Cooperative, Inc. for\nMedical Taxi Program Services\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute a Contract Services Agreement with Administrative\nServices Cooperative, Inc. for Medical Taxi Program services.\nCONCLUSION: Based on Contractor’s satisfactory performance and\nexperience, staff is recommending that the City Council approve a\nContract Services Agreement with Contractor with a three year term\nand optional two one-year extensions and an effective date of\nJanuary 1, 2026. The annual not-to-exceed amount for the Contract\nServices Agreement is $60,000.\nFISCAL IMPACT: The proposed annual not-to-exceed amount for the\nContract Services Agreement is $60,000.
