10.14 Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Contract Services\nAgreement with Service First for the John Anson Ford Park\nRegional Aquatics Center Swimming Pool Maintenance\nServices\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute a Contract Services Agreement with Service First for the\nJohn Anson Ford Park Regional Aquatics Center Swimming Pool\nMaintenance.\nCONCLUSION: Based on Service First’s proposal rating, staff is\nrecommending that the City Council award Service First a three (3)\nyear Contract Services Agreement with up to two (2) optional one-\nyear extensions.\nFISCAL IMPACT: The annual City’s FY2025-2026 budget includes\n$287,000 in the General Fund Contractual Services account to cover\nthe cost of maintenance of the Aquatics Center.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution No. 2025-120\nExhibit 2 - Contract Services Agreement
