10.10 Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Third Amendment\nto the Contract Services Agreement with All City Management\nfor a CPI Adjustment Request for Crossing Guard Services\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute the Third Amendment to the Contract Services Agreement\nwith All City Management Services for a CPI adjustment of 3.3%.\nCONCLUSION: Approving the Third Amendment would approve\nACMS’s CPI adjustment request, effective as of August 12, 2025.\nFISCAL IMPACT: The City’s FY 2023-2024 Public Works budget\nincludes sufficient general funds to cover the cost of the $10,687.59\nincrease in crossing guard services.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution No. 2025-119\nExhibit 2 - Third Amendment with Exhibits
