10.6\nSuccessor Agency Consideration of a Resolution Approving\nRecognized Obligation Payments Schedule 2026-27 and the\nJuly 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 Administrative Budget\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the Successor\nAgency adopt the attached Successor Agency Resolution approving\nthe Recognized Obligation Payments Schedule 2026-27 (ROPS 2026-\n27) and Administrative Budget for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.\nCONCLUSION: If approved by the Successor Agency, the attached\nResolution will be submitted to the LACOB4 at its Regular Meeting on\nJanuary 20, 2026. The ROPS, approved by both the Successor Agency\nand LACOB4, must be submitted to the DOF by February 1, 2026.\nFISCAL IMPACT: As detailed above, ROPS 2026-27 has $3,186,029 in\nenforceable obligations which will be paid from the Redevelopment\nProperty Tax Trust Fund (RPTTF). Additionally, the Successor Agency\nhas presented an administrative budget which requests the minimum\nadministrative costs allowance of $250,000 for ROPS 2026-27 annual\nperiod. Enforceable obligations and the administrative costs\nallowance will only be funded up to the amount earned by the\nSuccessor Agency after all County Admin and pass through payments\nhave been made.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Successor Agency Resolution_No._2025-02\nExhibit 2 - SA Presentation
