10.7\nConsideration of a Resolution 1) Approving Agreement MSA\n#00534844.0 with Workday, Inc. for the subscription of the\nWorkday Human Capital Management and Financials System;\nand 2) Approving a Prime Contract Agreement with Iron Brick\nAssociates, LLC through OMNIA Contract #159124\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil:\n1. Avail itself of Section 3.04.100(E) of the Bell Gardens Municipal\nCode; and\n2. Adopt the attached Resolution approving 1) Agreement MSA\n#00534844.0 with Workday, Inc. for the subscription of the\nWorkday Human Capital Management and Financials System;\nand 2) approving a Prime Contract Agreement with Iron Brick\nAssociates, LLC through OMNIA Contract #159124.\nCONCLUSION: The City of Bell Gardens must replace its EDEN ERP\nsystem prior to or by the sunset date of March 2027. Therefore, staff\nrecommends availing itself of the two piggyback agreements to\npurchase and implement the ERPA system.\nFISCAL IMPACT: The subscription fee for the Workday Human Capital\nManagement and Financial System is $1,153,210 over a 10-year\nperiod from 2026 – 2036. ERPA Essential Deployment Fees has a one-\ntime implementation fee of $422,650 paid over 7 installments, and\nERPA Deployment as a Service (DaaS) first 12 months upon go-live has\na fee of $159,430, and ERPA Deployment as a Service (DaaS) next\nfollowing 12 months has a fee of $127,330.
