16.\nSurplus Land Declaration for City-Owned Property Located at 25282 Marguerite\nParkway, in the Mission Viejo Village Center, Pursuant to the Surplus Land Act\n(Government Code § 54220 et seq.).\nRecommended Action: (1) Adopt Resolution 25-XX Declaring the City-Owned Property\nLocated at 25282 Marguerite Parkway as Surplus Land and Finding That Such Declaration is\nExempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and (2) authorize the City\nManager to circulate a Notice of Availability (NOA) and submit appropriate documentation\nto the California Department of Housing and Community Development in connection with\nthe Resolution and the NOA process.
