13.\nCrucero Park Play Area Rehabilitation (CIP 340) – Notice of Completion\nRecommended Action: (1) Certify the completion of and accept the improvements for the\nsubject project; (2) authorize the City Manager to sign the Notice of Completion; (3)\nauthorize the City Clerk to record Notice of Completion with the County of Orange and to\nrelease the Faithful Performance and Payment Bonds one year and thirty- five (35) days\nrespectively, after the date of recordation of the Notice of Completion, contingent upon no\nclaims or liens being filed with the City and (4) authorize the payment of the final retention\nof $46,455.55, thirty-five (35) days after the date of recordation of the Notice of Completion.
