Seating Arrangements for City Council\nCouncil decides on seating arrangement of the Council dais\n(per City Council Policy A-1):\nMembers of the City Council are seated with senior Councilmembers having first choice of seats.\nThe Mayor is seated in the center.\nThe Mayor Pro Tem is seated to the right of the Mayor.\nIf two Councilmembers have equal seniority, the member with the highest margin of victory percentage in the most recent election chooses their seat.
