17.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM certifying a Final Environmental Impact Report No. 357 and adopting findings of\nfact and Mitigation Monitoring Program No. 398 for the OC River Walk Project and related\nactions.\nApprove a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Orange County Water District for the\nOC River Walk Project; and authorize the Director of the Community Services Department to\nexecute the MOU and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the MOU.
