12.\nApprove a Parking Garage Management Agreement, in substantial form, with LAZ Parking\nCalifornia, LLC, in an initial annual amount not to exceed $438,324, for the management of Car\nParks 2, 3, 5, and 6 for a two year term with eight one-year optional renewals; authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute and administer the agreement; and authorize de minimis\nchanges that do not substantially change the terms and conditions of the agreements, so long as\nthe changes are determined to be de minimis by the City Attorney’s Office.
