20.\nPublic Hearing to consider the proposed vacation/abandonment of two segments of Santa Ana\nStreet right-of-way situated between Philadelphia Street and Olive Street; and between Claudina\nStreet and Philadelphia Street [continued from Council meeting of October 28, 2025, Public\nHearing Item No. 28].\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM vacating two segments of excess street right of way abutting 275 and 301 East\nSanta Ana Street (Abandonment No. ABA2024-00434).\nApprove the Offer and Agreement to Purchase Real Property, in substantial form, with\nMTHCALV-I SANTA ANA STREET, LLC, in the amount of $30,000, for the sale of excess right-\nof-way; authorize the Public Works Director to execute the agreement and authorize the Mayor to\nexecute the Quitclaim Deed; authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially change the\nterms and conditions of the agreements, so long as the changes are determined to be de minimis\nby the City Attorney’s Office; authorize the Public Works Director, or designee to execute other\ndocuments as required to close the transaction; and authorize the City Clerk to hold the\nrecordation of the Resolution and Quitclaim Deed with the Orange County Recorder's office until\ndirected by the Public Works Director, or designee.\nMOTION:\nLand U se - Zoning\nREPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS:
