CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23- 31, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION\nOF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH\nTHE SAN GABRIEL VALLEYCOUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (SGVCOG) FOR\nPARTICIPATION IN THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY REGIONAL VEHICLE\nMILEAGE TRAVELED ANALYSIS MODEL\nOn March 24th, 2020, the City Council approved an Memorandum of Agreement\n(MOA) with the SGVCOG to participate in the San Gabriel Valley Regional VMT\nAnalysis Model. This Amendment No. 2 will add a web-based Regional VMT\nAnalysis Tool ("Analysis Tool") to the scope of work, increase the compensation\nto be paid to SGVCOG by $ 2,750 and extend the term of the MOA to April 1,\n2028. The 2? Amendment will also require a payment not to exceed $15,000\nfrom each City, which will go toward completing the model VMT analysis with\nmore up to date data.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-31, approving Amendment No. 2 to the existing\nMemorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the San Gabriel Valley Council of\nGovernments extending the term of the MOA until April 2028, and increasing\ncompensation under the MOA and incorporating the Analysis Tool to the\nscope of work, for an amount not to exceed $15,000.00 for the implementation\nof the San Gabriel Valley Regional Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) Analysis\nModel & Tool Update; and\n2. Authorize City Manager to execute the amendment.
