36.\nCharter Oak Park Paving Renovations Capital Project\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the proposed Charter Oak Park\nPaving Renovations Project, Capital Project No. 8A151 (Project) (5), with a total\nproject budget of $630,000. Approve an appropriation adjustment to reflect an\nincrease of $630,000 in appropriation to the proposed Project, fully offset with\ngrant revenue from the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space\nDistrict, Safe, Clean Neighborhood Parks, Open Space, Beaches, Rivers\nProtection, and Water Conservation Measure of 2016 (Measure A) annual\nallocation grant program. Authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to\ndeliver the Project through a Board-approved Job Order Contract.
