Approve an appropriation adjustment to\nreflect an increase of $600,000 in appropriation to the proposed Project, fully\noffset with grant revenue from the Regional Park and Open Space District, Los\nAngeles County Safe, Clean Neighborhood Parks, Open Space, Beaches,\nRivers Protection, and Water Conservation Measure of 2016 (Measure A),\nannual allocation grant program to fully fund the proposed Project.
