BUILDING PLAN REVIEW, BUILDING INSPECTION, AND PERMIT-\nRELATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACTS - Contract renewals for\nJAS Pacific, Scott Fazekas & Associates, Interwest Consulting Group, and TRB and\nAssociates for building plan review, building inspection, and permit-related professional\nservices.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve one-year contract renewals for JAS Pacific, Scott Fazekas & Associates,\nInterwest Consulting Group, and TRB and Associates for building plan review,\nbuilding inspection, and permit-related professional services for a combined total\nannual amount not to exceed $500,000, effective Fiscal Year 2023-24.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the City Council in the\nannual budget for such fiscal year, subject to City Attorney approval.
