A.\nCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program - Consideration to approve\nthe City of Duarte’s CDBG Proposed Program for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 (July 1,\n2026 – June 30, 2027)\nRecommended Action: 1. Conduct a Public Hearing and receive public testimony; 2.\nAllocate approximately $109,000 in FY 2026-2027 to implement a new FY 2026-2027\nCDBG Project, Installation of Americans with Disabilities Act-Compliant (ADA) Curb\nRamps; 3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all necessary contract\ndocuments in a form approved by the City Attorney; and, 4. Authorize staff the ability\nto make adjustments due to changes in CDBG funding allocations and/or as needed\ndue to programmatic interpretations by the Los Angeles County Development\nAuthority (LACDA).
