C.\nDiscussion and Direction on the Expansion of Lobbying Services to Secure State\nand Federal Funding Per City Council direction provided at the November 12, 2025\nmeeting, staff contacted Lucien Global and David Turch and Associates to\ndiscuss the potential expansion of lobbying services to pursue additional grants\nand earmark funding. The proposed expansion would increase the monthly\ncompensation for Lucien Global from $4,000 to $12,000 and for David Turch and\nAssociates from $5,500 to $11,000.\nRecommendation: That the City Council discuss and provide direction to staff.\nStaff Report
