G.\nAmendment to Professional Services Agreement with CWE Corporation for\nMunicipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit Compliance Services On\nSeptember 27, 2022, the City Council approved a professional services agreement\nwith CWE Corporation for services related to the Municipal Stormwater National\nPollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer\nSystem (MS4) Permit compliance assistance. The professional services\nagreement is set to expire on December 31, 2025, and allows for up to two 18-\nmonth extensions (or 36-months) at the City’s sole discretion. CWE Corporation\nhas requested an extension for an additional 18 months, through June 30, 2027.\nThe extension period will be from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, the contract\ncompensation will be in the amount of $249,999.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize an amendment to the professional\nservices agreement with CWE Corporation for MS4 permit services, extending services\nfor an additional 18 months, through June 30, 2027. The total annual compensation for\nthe period of January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, will be in the amount of $249,999.\nStaff Report
