12. SB 707 (Durazo) Open Meetings: Meeting and Teleconference Requirements\nRecommended Action for City Council:\n— 1. Review the required statutory changes under SB 707;\n— 2. Provide direction to staff regarding implementation of associated hybrid meeting, translation,\naccessibility policy, social media and public engagement expectations, advisory body teleconferencing\npolicies; and\n— 3. Direct staff and the City Attorney to prepare a Resolution amending the City of Glendora Public\nMeeting Rules and Protocols to incorporate updated requirements for disruptions, hybrid meetings,\nteleconferencing, language accessibility, social media and public engagement in April 2026 with a draft\nResolution for consideration.
