PUBLIC\nCOMMENTS: At this time members\nof the public may address the City\nCouncil\nregarding\nany\nitem\nappearing\non\nthe\nagenda, except that testimony\non\nPublic\nHearing\nitems\nmust\nbe\nprovided\nduring\nthose\nhearings. Those\npersons\nwishing to address the City Council must complete and submit to the Deputy City\nClerk\na " Request\nto\nSpeak" card available at the entrance to the City Council\nChambers. Comments\nwill be limited\nto a maximum\nof three minutes\nper speaker.\nThe time allotted per person may vary depending on the total number of speaker\ncards\nreceived. This comment period will generally be limited to 30 minutes per\nmeeting, so not all members of the public may have the opportunity to speak at\nevery council meeting.
