5.\nFY 2025-26 California Department of Justice (DOJ) Tobacco Grant Program\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, authorizing the City Manager\nor designee to accept, appropriate and expend the grant in the amount of $320,343 from\nthe California Department of Justice (DOJ) Tobacco Grant Program and to execute any\ngrant documents and agreements necessary for the receipt and use of these funds.
