19.\nCity Attorney Employment Agreement\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, approving an amended and\nrestated City Attorney Employment Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor to execute\nthe City Attorney Employment Agreement between the City of El Cajon and Ms.\nJennifer Lyon, effective January 1, 2026, with such changes as may be approved by\nthe City Council and Ms. Lyon.
