10. 2026 LEGISLATIVE PLATFORM AND LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM UPDATE – 1) Adoption of a resolution\napproving the City of Carlsbad 2026 Legislative Platform; and\n2) Direct staff to advocate for eight potential city-sponsored state legislative proposals and for federal,\nstate and county funding for specified city projects; and\n3) Receive reports on state and federal legislative and budget activity and recent and ongoing advocacy efforts and provide feedback to staff.
