5.\nAPPROVAL OF 1) CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DUDEK\nFOR ENGINEERING SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION FOR THE LIFT\nSTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, EXTENDING THE TERM THROUGH\nJUNE\n30, 2026,\n2)\nCONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO\nTHE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH Z&K CONSULTANTS FOR\nCONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE\nLIFT STATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, EXTENDING THE TERM\nTHROUGH JUNE 30, 2026, AND 3) AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO\nEXECUTE THE AMENDMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council 1) approve Amendment\nNo. 4 with Dudek for engineering services during construction for the Lift Station\nImprovement Project, extending the term through June 30, 2026, 2) approve\nAmendment No.1 with Z&K Consultants for construction management and inspection\nservices for the Lift Station Improvement Project, extending the term through June\n30, 2026, and 3) authorize the City Manager to execute the amendments on behalf of\nthe City. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be:\n“I move to 1) approve Amendment No. 4 with Dudek for engineering services during\nconstruction for the Lift Station Improvement Project, extending the term through\nJune 30, 2026, 2) approve Amendment No. 1 with Z&K Consultants for construction\nmanagement and inspection services for the Lift Station Improvement Project,\nextending the term through June 30, 2026, and 3) authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the amendments on behalf of the City.”
