(City\nCouncil)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a Public Works\nAgreement between the City of Bell and Crosstown Electrical and Data, Inc. for Traffic Signal\nMaintenance and Repair Services in an amount not to exceed $36,482.00 annually for a term\nof three (3) years with the option to extend it by 2 additional one-year terms.
