8. Consideration to approve Amendment No. 3 with Duke Studio, Inc. to increase the budget by\nan additional $150,000 for Mobile Home Parks and Housing Unit Maintenance Services. (Bell\nCommunity Housing Authority)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the Chair and Members of the Board approve\nAmendment No. 3 with Duke Studio, Inc. and read by title only, waive further reading, and\nadopt Resolution No. 2025-70 titled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE BELL COMMUNITY HOUSING\nAUTHORITY\nAUTHORIZING\nFY\n2025-26\nBUDGET\nAMENDMENT TO TRANSFER $150,000 FROM THE BELL\nCOMMUNITY HOUSING AUTHORITY (BCHA) FUND BALANCE\nRESERVE TO THE BCHA ACCOUNT FOR MISC REPAIRS AND\nEMERGENCY REPAIRS FOR ADDITIONAL MOBILE HOME\nPARKS AND HOUSING UNIT MAINTENANCE SERVICES”\nMeeting of the Bell City Council and Related Agencies\nConsent Calendar\nThe following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial.
