Discussion and possible appointments of Encinitas City Council Members to\nRegional Boards and Committees, and consideration and possible action\nregarding existing Standing Subcommittee and Active Ad Hoc Subcommittee\nappointments.  Environmental Considerations: The action being considered\nby the City Council is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) because it is not a "project" under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA\nGuidelines.
