Consider\ncollaborative\nsubmission\nfor\nthe\nRegional\nTaskforce\non\nHomelessness’ (RTFH) FY 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding\nOpportunity (NOFO) grant with San Diego Rescue Mission (SDRM) to provide\nhomeless response services.  Environmental Considerations: The action\nbefore the City Council is not subject to the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) because it is not a "project" pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5).
