6. Approval of an Agreement with Tyler Technologies for ERP Pro Software as\na Service\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Approve a Software\nas a Service (SaaS) Agreement between the City of Del Mar and Tyler Technologies, Inc.\n(Attachment A) for the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning system;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the final Agreement, in\nconsultation with the City Attorney, and any subsequent amendments provided for under\nthe Agreement contingent upon satisfactory performance by the vendor.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1
