7. Approval of Emergency Funding for Storm Drain and Roadway Repair along\nSan Dieguito Drive\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Approve $131,000 in\nemergency funding for construction and inspection services for the emergency work\nrelated to the Emergency Storm Drain and Roadway Repair along San Dieguito Drive; 2)\nRatify any prior authorization by the City Manager to facilitate the emergency repairs; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents necessary to complete the\nwork.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 901-5, 906-5
