10.\nApprove a Professional Services Agreement with Avineon, Inc., in substantial form, in an amount\nnot to exceed $175,800 for the term of the Agreement including any extensions, plus a 20%\ncontingency for as-needed extra services, for GIS consulting services to support the migration of\nElectric Utility GIS data to the ArcGIS Utility Network for a one year base term with a one-year\noptional extension; authorize the Finance Director, or designee, to execute the agreement and\nany related documents and to take such action as are necessary or advisable to implement and\nadminister the agreement; and authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially change the\nterms and conditions of the agreement, as determined to be de minimis by the City Attorney’s\nOffice.
