9.\nApprove Contract No. MA 106-498356 with UniFirst Corporation, dba Specialty Apparel, in an\nannual amount not to exceed $350,000, for uniform rentals and related services for Anaheim\nConvention Center personnel for a thirty-six month term with three one-year optional renewals\n(cumulative contract in the amount $2,100,100); and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute\nall necessary contractual documents related to the agreement including renewal options, in\naccordance with Cooperative Contract No. 011124-UFC between Sourcewell and UniFirst\nCorporation.
