2.\nApprove a Professional Services Agreement with the University of Massachusetts Global (UMass\nGlobal), a nonprofit training and organizational development consultant, in an amount not to\nexceed $100,000, for leadership coaching, management skills training, employee survey\nservices, and organizational development support for an initial two year term ending December\n18, 2027 with a one-year optional renewal, and authorize the Executive Director to execute and\nadminister the agreement.\nAdjourn the Anaheim Housing Authority.
