27.\nApprove and authorize execution of an amended Freeway\nMaintenance Agreement between the California Department of\nTransportation (Caltrans) and the City of Huntington Beach for the\nmaintenance of areas on or bordering State Highway facilities within\nthe City and an amended Electrical Cost Sharing Agreement for\nState Highway electrical facilities within Huntington Beach\nA) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the revised Freeway Maintenance\nAgreement between the State of California Department of Transportation and the City of\nHuntington Beach.\nB) Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to provide City’s approval of mutually\nagreed upon changes in maintenance duties, including minor revisions to exhibits.\nC)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute the revised Agreement for\nSharing Cost of State Highway Facilities with the City of Huntington Beach.\nRecommended Action:\n25-929
