7.\nAWARD OF CONTRACT FOR FOOTHILL RANCH COMMUNITY PARK\nBOX LACROSSE CONVERSION PROJECT (24P04)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the contract documents for the\nconstruction of the Foothill Ranch Community Park Box Lacrosse\nConversion Project (24P04). 2. Award a contract in the amount of\n$328,351.50 to Oppenheimer National for the Foothill Ranch Community\nPark Box Lacrosse Conversion Project (24P04). 3. Adopt a Resolution\nentitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE\nFOREST, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING 2025-2027 OPERATING BUDGET;\nAMENDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26." 4. Reject all\nother bids received and authorize return of the bid bonds upon receipt of\nthe executed contract documents from Oppenheimer National. 5.\nAuthorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest the contract with\nOppenheimer National.
