5.E. Amendments for Additional As-Needed Arovista Park Services\n— 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 with Geocon West, Inc. in the amount not-to-exceed $100,000\nresulting in a total contract amount not-to-exceed $518,000 for as-needed materials testing,\nsoils inspection and special inspections; and\n— 2. Approve Amendment No. 1 with Shucri Yaghi Consulting Engineers, Inc. in the amount\nnot-to-exceed $92,300 resulting in a total contract amount not-to-exceed $140,300 for as-\nneeded structural engineering services; and\n— 3. Approve Amendment No. 3 with BKF Engineers in the amount not-to-exceed $30,000\nresulting in a total contract amount not-to-exceed $104,100 for as-needed civil engineering\nservices; and\n— 4. Approve Amendment No. 1 with Telacu Construction Management in the amount not-to-\nexceed $80,000 resulting in a total contract amount not-to-exceed $889,479 for as-needed\nconstruction management services. The combined additional request of $302,300 will draw\ndown from the unused $500,000. Any unspent funds will return to the Project budget. No\nadditional funding is requested for these contract amendments, as sufficient funding is\navailable within the existing Capital Improvement Project budget.
