7.\nAuthorize Award of Contract to Gentry Brothers, Inc. for FY 26 CDBG Sidewalk Replacement\nProject (CIP No. 26-005-55047)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve and award the construction contract for the FY 26 CDBG Sidewalk Replacement\nProject (CIP No. 26-005-55047) to Gentry Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $542,600.00; and\n2. Approve a 25% construction contingency in the amount of $135,650.00 for the project; and\n3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with Gentry Brothers, Inc.; and\n4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriations and budget adjustments as necessary.
