9.F. Fiber Optic Installation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting a Resolution waiving bidding requirements, authorizing the City Manager to\nenter into an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Arcadian\nInfracom 2, LLC. for the purchase of fiber optic conduits and fiber and related\namenities, and authorizing the City Manager or designee to approve change orders\nnot to exceed $35,000 over the total contract amount; and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
