Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Closing Agreement with Camino Real\nChevrolet in a form approved by the City Attorney, governing payment in lieu of\nbusiness license tax; and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

Adopting a Resolution approving the revised FY 2025-2026 City of Monterey Park\nComprehensive Salary Schedule;\n2. Approving the Revised Part-Time Classification Salary Ranges; and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

9.E. Bruggemeyer Library Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services agreement with\nBlack, O’Dowd & Associates, dba BOA Architecture, for the preparation of Plans,\nSpecifications and Engineer’s estimates (“PS&E”) for various library improvements in\nan amount not to exceed $89,000; and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

9.F. Fiber Optic Installation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting a Resolution waiving bidding requirements, authorizing the City Manager to\nenter into an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Arcadian\nInfracom 2, LLC. for the purchase of fiber optic conduits and fiber and related\namenities, and authorizing the City Manager or designee to approve change orders\nnot to exceed $35,000 over the total contract amount; and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

9.G. 2025-26 Street Rehabilitation at Various Locations – Award of Public Works Contract\nto Onyx Paving Company, Inc.\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a public works contract, in a form approved\nby the City Attorney, with Onyx Paving Company, Inc., in the contract amount of\n$3,936,000 for the 2025-26 Street Overlay at Various Locations project;\n2. Authorizing the Public Works Director to approve change orders not to exceed\n$590,400 over the total contract amount;\n3. Authorizing an appropriation of $425,000 from Fund 601, Street Bond to Fiscal Year\n2025-26 Budget; and\n4. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

9.H. 2025 Curb Ramp Improvements – Award of Public Works Contract to CJ Concrete\nConstruction, Inc.\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a public works contract, in a form approved\nby the City Attorney, with CJ Concrete Construction in the contract amount of\n$181,745 for the 2025 Curb Ramp Improvements Project;\n2. Authorizing the Public Works Director to approve change orders not to exceed\n$18,175 over the total contract amount; and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

9.I. Title VI Metro Plan Update\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Approving the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI) Program Update;\n2. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to submit the Title VI Program Update to\nthe Los Angeles County Metro Office of Civil Rights and Federal Transit\nAdministration (FTA); and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

9.J. Amendment to Agreement No. 2488-AD with SVT Fleet Solutions, LLC\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to Agreement No. 2454-AD\nwith SVT Fleet Solutions, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for maintenance\nand repair of fire engines, quint and other emergency vehicles for an amount not to\nexceed $176,000 through June 30, 2027;\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
