9.H. 2025 Curb Ramp Improvements – Award of Public Works Contract to CJ Concrete Construction, Inc. It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a public works contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with CJ Concrete Construction in the contract amount of $181,745 for the 2025 Curb Ramp Improvements Project; 2. Authorizing the Public Works Director to approve change orders not to exceed $18,175 over the total contract amount; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
