9.E. Bruggemeyer Library Project It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services agreement with Black, O’Dowd & Associates, dba BOA Architecture, for the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s estimates (“PS&E”) for various library improvements in an amount not to exceed $89,000; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
