9.B. Approval of agreement with CivicPlus, LLC It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with CivicPlus, LLC for city website services, public records request platform, archiving of social media content, and agenda management platform, in a form approved by the City Attorney for an amount not to exceed $60,000 plus an annual cost adjustment not to exceed 5% year over year; 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
