9.E. Police Department FY25/26 OTS STEP Grant It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Accepting grant funds and authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) in the amount of $200,000 for the Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP); 2. Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to receive and appropriate grant funds in fiscal year 2025-26, and execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the OTS in the amount of $200,000 for the STEP; and 3. Taking such additional, related action that may be desirable.
