9.C. 2025/2026 CTFGP Grant Purchase 2025 Dodge Durango Traffic Enforcement It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Waive bidding requirements pursuant to Monterey Park Municipal Code §§ 3.20.050(2) – (4) and authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase agreement with 72 Hour LLC dba National Auto Fleet Group, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for the purchase of Police Department Vehicles; 2. Authorizing the Finance Director to appropriate grant funds in Fiscal Year 2025-26 in the amount of $57,091.85 to the Police Department Budget; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
