9.D. Legal Agreement with WS Law, APC It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a standard legal retainer with WS Law, APC, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for on-call workers' compensation legal services; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
