9.E. Agreement with San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority for the Operation of the South El Monte Operable Unit (SEMOU) Treatment Facility It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement with the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority (WQA), in a form approved by the City Attorney, for the operation of the South El Monte Operable Unit (SEMOU) Treatment Facility; 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
