9.D. Proposition A Memorandum of Understanding It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”), in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to receive Proposition A of $97,105 for FY 25-26; 2. Appropriating anticipated revenue of $97,105 to Prop A Fund 238 in the FY2025-26 budget; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
