9.G. 2025-26 Street Rehabilitation at Various Locations – Award of Public Works Contract to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a public works contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Onyx Paving Company, Inc., in the contract amount of $3,936,000 for the 2025-26 Street Overlay at Various Locations project; 2. Authorizing the Public Works Director to approve change orders not to exceed $590,400 over the total contract amount; 3. Authorizing an appropriation of $425,000 from Fund 601, Street Bond to Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget; and 4. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
