8.\nConsideration for Approval of a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) between the Ctiy of\nBaldwin Park and Kingdom Causes, Inc. dba City Net\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the PSA for consultant services between the City of Baldwin Park and Kingdom\nCauses, Inc. dba City Net in the total amount of $1,061,358.38 to operate Esperanza Villa for\none (1) year and continue serving twenty-five (25) beds of interim housing for adults\nexperiencing homelessness at Esperanza Villa from December 23, 2025, to December 22,\n2026.; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute PSA; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Recreation & Community Services to process the necessary\ndocuments and grants associated with this PSA contract; and\n4.
